Oasis Fun case study

The Brief

Oasis Fun is a new build indoor entertainment centre featuring bars, American theme diner, snack bar, bowling alleys, gaming arcade, pool tables and crazy golf.

The customer required an epos system that would be flexible enough to accommodate the various outlets within the centre, have an up to the minute reporting facility for management to monitor sales and the ability to use historic sales to forecast for the future.

The client also needed an integrated card payment system to link in to the epos system.

After liaising with the site owners and the project managers looking after the build and set up of the operation, CCM EPOS were able to provide an EPOS solution which would consist of 6 touchscreen units. The Varipos 715 which is the chosen touchscreen, due to CCM EPOS vast experience we know these units are reliable robust and efficient EPOS terminal.

The ICRTouch point of sale software was selected as it integrates with a tried and tested Cloud back office reporting and programming application which allows the user to run reports and check sales at any point in the day. They also have the ability to update prices add new sales lines and create special offers. All the user needs is a laptop or tablet and access to the internet.

PS Connect is the chosen card payment system which integrates directly with the CCM EPOS till software, and this was set up and implemented at all of the point of sale areas.

All food orders on the tills were set up to send directly to the kitchen via an IP printer. This would free front of house staff up to stay with the customers and ensure quality customer service, thus preventing wasted time spent manually taking orders to the kitchen.

CCM EPOS spent time and consideration working alongside the owners of the site to ensure the set up was the most efficient and user friendly for the staff and management to use.

Training was carried out with key staff members so they had a full understanding of the systems use.

Separate training was organised for the management to go through the set up and maintenance of the Cloud back office so this can be used to the advantage and smooth running of the business.
